Korean scientists developing technology to revert cancer cells to normal cells is true. They’ve developed a method that can transform colon cancer cells back into normal-like cells without destroying them, potentially reducing side effects associated with traditional cancer treatments.

This approach involves creating a “digital twin” of the gene network that governs normal cell differentiation. By analyzing this model, the team identified key molecular switches that, when activated, can revert cancer cells to their normal state. This discovery has been validated through molecular and cellular experiments, as well as animal studies.
